Founded as a social enterprise in 2021, StoryLabs operates a shared workspace and member community that helps local workers discover a bigger story for life and work. More than an office, it’s a place to learn and grow as a professional, connect with a friend or mentor, or start or scale a venture. You’ll find private suites for individuals or small businesses, flex and huddle spaces for teams, and private call booths for remote workers that need a quiet place for a Zoom call.
Beautiful Feet Books creates K-12 homeschool curriculum that helps families achieve a culture of learning in their home. Their products and resources equip parents to educate and connect with their children. BFB is headquartered at The Co-Op and serves homeschoolers by publishing books, curating content, and shipping the best books nationwide.
the HUB
Welcome to our private meeting space, perfect for board meetings and entrepreneurial brainstorm sessions, seating 12-15 individuals. Equipped with a mounted 64” Smart TV with Airplay and HDMI, USBC connection, a 360 Video Conference camera and microphone, power outlets, and a whiteboard, this room fosters productive collaboration. Natural light floods in through glass walls, enhancing the ambiance for innovation and focus.
the LOFT
This upstairs event and gathering space is available for rent to local groups, micro-schools or work teams. Available by the hour, the day or fully dedicated rental lease.
1600 SFT open space for trainings, group meetings or school groups - ranging in size from 15-50 people.
the BARN
This one-of-a-kind wood-clad space has the word “potential” written all over it. Plans are being crafted for this to become an extension of the community hub at The Co-Op. You could operate your business here as an event space, gym, marketplace, maker space, speakeasy, café/retail space, lounge, or hotel. Proposals and ideas are welcomed!
